RATS - TEMPORARY EXISTENCE

Rats structures convert ruined megacity infrastructure into cult administration, surveillance, processing, and coercive throughput. High Cult hardware is buried inside urban carcasses while the Low Cult manages what can still be made public.

These surveillance and hypnotic towers are planted far enough apart that the district between them becomes the machine. Thought, sense, and system behavior can be altered across the network, whose best defense is often hacking every system around it.
